Product Description

Automatic screw oil press machine is mainly composed of gearbox, spiral squeezer, electric control cabinet, L shape of oil cake feeding system, electric motor and vacuum oil filter system. It is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials by squeezing. Under the large pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from the gap of press bars.

Working principle

The raw material enters from the hopper, and the spiral squeezer pushes the material forward. In the press process, the material is squeezed, and the oil will be discharged from the bar. After the vacuum filter system, the oil can reach edible grade.
