Working Principle
Roast the coffee beans in the roasting barrel and then cool them in the cooling tray. Turn on the roasting machine, the roasting barrel and the hot air blower start to operate, press the power button, and preheat the machine. During the preheating stage, the heater will heat the roasting barrel while heating the air, and then introduce the hot air into the roasting barrel. After reaching the predetermined preheating temperature, the coffee beans enter the roasting barrel from the feed hopper. The roasting barrel and the hot air work together to heat the coffee beans until they reach the end temperature of roasting. When the end temperature of roasting is about to be reached, start the cooling tray, the cooling fan and the stirrer. Pour the coffee beans manually into the cooling tray, stir with the stirrer, and cool with the cooling fan. After cooling, open the bean outlet, pour out the coffee beans, and close the cooling tray outlet.
