Working principle

The hydraulic box provides power, and then pushes the solid piston in the press chamber to extrude the material, which is blocked by the top roof, so the oil is extruded, when the pressure reaches 60Mpa, the pressure will automatically fall down, the piston will also fall, when the pressure drops to about 50Mpa, the piston will go up again, press the material and extrude the oil repeatedly.

Operating procedures

Hydraulic oil press is a combination of traditional oil press method and modern oil press technology. The whole operation process is very convenient and simple. Open the top roof, put a cotton pad in the bottom of the kettle, then put raw material into the kettle and put a cotton pad again, then close the top roof,finally oil is pressed and filtered out of the oil line.
