Working principle

The working principle is that the oil is extruded from the material embryo and discharged from the slots and oil troughs of the strip and circle rows by the continuous pushing of the material embryo in the squeezing chamber and the change of the space volume of the squeezing chamber from large to small, and the oil can be directly eaten in a barrel after deep filtration of the oil tank.

This kind of machine adopts micro-electrical control, filter system, multi-stage press and cold and hot press. The product oils the clean oil after filtering, it can directly to use. The machine is the most ideal equipment for individual processing.
6YL series spiral oil press is mainly composed of 7 major parts of screw axis, press cage, feed mechanism, cake yielding mechanism. transmission system, electric control part and vacuum filter part. All the parts are assembled on the frame and screwed as a whole.

The reason why our machine's oil output is high:

1. Press system
Lewin screw oil presser use bar press system, bar press system is made by bar, squeezer, press cage parts. 
Bar press system: oil line is thin, makes up for the problem of relatively large gaps in the round oil line and serious slag leakage. Bar press system can reduce the oil residua.
Lewin squeezer: it's thicker, material will be pressed evenly in the press system, so it can help you get more oil.
We don't equip heating tube on press system, it can keep the quality of material.

 

2. Oil cake feeding system

3. Motor
